Crazy Ivan Takedown Chassis Bundle--Black

A very light chassis for a competition or other light-weight builds.

The Takedown Slick-Side Chassis weighs only 8.3 ounces and the Takedown Lite Chassis weighs only 7.9 ounces. I also have my new extruded 6061T6 aluminum M-LOK Handguards (separate product page)!  The chassis will fit most takedown 10/22-style receivers, except those with a fixed tang. NOTE: For Volquartsen triggers, I have a special grip insert – please let me know when you order. 

This chassis is compatible with other Takedown handguards/forearms, including the original Ruger Takedown forearms. All my chassis feature a precision adjustment screw at the base of the receiver that pins down the back of the receiver for a custom, super-tight fit with any standard 10/22-style receiver – no tangs, inserts, or bedding needed! And no modification of the receiver necessary! This is a “set and forget” feature – adjust it during the initial assembly procedure and then install the buffer tube. The firearm will still disassemble/assemble with the single Ruger® 10/22 factory takedown screw. The chassis is CNC-machined from a single billet of “military-grade” 6061-T6 hardened aluminum alloy and then finished with a very durable anodized finish. Precision machining, receiver adjustment screw custom fit, and free-floating barrel design maximize accuracy.

Accepts all Ruger® 10/22-style barrel profiles including 0.920-inch “bull” barrels. Accepts all Ruger® 10/22-style receiver profiles including those with integrated top rails, but does not fit receivers with a rear tang. Drop-in installation – no modification of your Ruger® 10/22 is required.
